HHA Certificate, Covid Card, MMR, PPD Home Health Aides will provide the following tasks as indicated on the individualized plan of care:
Perform home management tasks including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and errandsPrepare and serve simple modified diets according to instruction and assists with feedingAssist with bathing, dressing and groomingAssist with toileting including the use of bedpan, commode or toiletAssist with transfers and ambulation including use of cane, walker and wheelchairAssist with medication as specified on plan of careProvide routine skin careMeasure and record vital signs as directedObserve and report all changes to RNDemonstrate competence in performing necessary skillsComplete all other duties assigned within the HHA scope of practiceBenefits of the Private Duty HHA:
