Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Staffing Coordinator with daily nursing schedules, aiding the HR Director in managing personnel files, and performing various clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
Flexibility and a willingness to assist with other office duties as needed are key aspects of this position.
Requirements:
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Possess basic computer knowledge and be proficient in common office software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Previous office experience is required.
Staffing experience is highly desirable.
HR/Personnel experience is a plus.
Experience in a healthcare facility is an advantage.
