Blink Voice Blink Voice Uniondale, NY Uniondale, NY Full-time Full-time $20 - $40 an hour $20 - $40 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Duties - Process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, posting payments, and reconciling customer accounts - Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances to ensure timely payment - Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers - Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and interactions - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable Experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field - Knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements - Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping principles - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to process transactions and generate reports - Experience with medical collections is a plus - Strong technical accounting skills, including the ability to analyze financial data and identify trends or issues Skills:
