About the Opportunity

Monday to Friday - Hours:
8:
30am to 5pm - Setting:
Outpatient - Patient volume:
15-20 patients per day
Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Provider (NP / PA) will be responsible for:
- Conducting routine physical examinations and health assessments for adult patient population.
- Providing preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1
years of applicable experience, will train the right candidate - Bachelor's Degree
- One of the following NYS licensures:
FNP, ANP, and/or PA
